Following the outstanding success of last year’s course, Essence is once again proudly presenting its White Light Meditation Course 2012. Based on Ian White’s ‘White Light Essences’. These in- spiring essences will open your heart, help you look honestly at your life and heal your soul.Do you want to feel the energy and sacred sites of Peru, Glastonbury or India? Would you like to experience a spiritual connection to the earth, or develop a relationship with your higher self, the nature world or the angels? Now you can, with just seven drops under your tongue morning and night. Ian White, herbalist, naturopath and crea- tor of Australian Bush Flower Essences, has de- veloped a range of seven White Light Essences, which incorporate the qualities of the four ele- ments – Water, Air, Earth and Fire, as well as Higher Self, Devic and Angelic.
The first four essences relate to the ele- ments and help us to connect, embody and master each element while also aligning us to the Nature Spirit of the particular ele- ment. The next three help us to connect with the highest part of ourselves and to the Devic and Angelic realms.
Ian spent four years travelling to sacred sites in Mexico, South America, Europe, the Himalayas and his native Australia, in order to create this powerful range.
